Sequel to 'Keep your Eyes Peeled'

Yes the next installment of the orange story is taking shape on the easel at the moment. Avert your gaze if you are squeamish. If not look below for a quick snap shot of my progress so far....


One of the oranges has been sliced and fatally stabbed. The big question is.... Who did it? Was it another orange who was jealous of the fame that those who appeared in the first painting received? Or was it the lemon who was feeling a little bitter at being made so unwelcome on the table?

Ok, so I'm having HUGE fun with this one. I have been working on it for the last week and there is still a lot to do but it's at the stage where you can begin to see what is going on in the painting. Next I need to finish the reflection of the orange in the pool of bloody juice on the table.
